Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Order Cancellation

Your Cancellation Rights

Returns must comply with these Terms and our Returns Policy. Goods must be returned in the same condition received with all instructions, documents and wrappings. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned Goods using the original payment method.

No cancellation right exists for: custom/personalized Goods; Goods not suitable for return due to nature or hygiene and unsealed after delivery; perishable Goods; Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; or digital content not on a tangible medium where performance began with Your express consent and acknowledgment of loss of cancellation right.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We continually update offerings and may experience delays in updating information. We cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness of information (prices, images, specifications, availability). We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without notice.

Prices, Payments & Subscriptions

Prices Policy

We may revise prices at any time prior to accepting an Order. After acceptance, prices may change due to events beyond our control (e.g., duties, shipping, FX). You may cancel if prices change post-acceptance.

All Goods are subject to payment via available methods. Cards are subject to validation and authorization.

Subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring basis and auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel via your account or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the current period. EU consumers may benefit from mandatory provisions of their country of residence. U.S. Federal Government end users: the Service is a “Commercial Item” as defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101. You represent that You are not located in an embargoed country and are not on any U.S. government prohibited list.

Severability and Waiver
