Tail Wag Guarantee

We want your pup to be as happy as ours! If your first order doesn’t get their tail wagging, our Tail Wag Guarantee gives you a 100% money-back refund within 30 days of deliveryno returns required. Just send us your name and order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Returns for Subsequent Orders

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. To qualify, products must be:

  • Unopened and in original packaging
  • In the same condition you received them

Note: For safety and quality reasons, opened treats, chews, or pet food can’t be returned. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

Email us at foodiecrew@myfoodiepooch.com with your order number and details. We’ll send return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Our treats are designed with all life stages in mind. Choose a size and texture that’s right for your dog, and always supervise chewing. Freeze-dried varieties can be snapped into smaller pieces for training or rehydrated with water/bone broth for a softer bite—great for puppies, seniors, or sensitive teeth.

Yes! Soak the yak chew in warm water for 5–10 minutes to soften. You can also “puff” the entire chew or leftover ends in the microwave on high in 15-second intervals until fully expanded (typically 45–90 seconds). Let cool completely before serving and always supervise.
