Returns for Subsequent Orders
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. To qualify, products must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- In the same condition you received them
Note: For safety and quality reasons, opened treats, chews, or pet food can’t be returned. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
How to Start a Return
Email us at foodiecrew@myfoodiepooch.com with your order number and details. We’ll send return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
