Return Policy
Paws for a moment! We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
For all subsequent orders, you have 30 days to return the product, provided it is in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Opened items are not eligible for return. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at foodiecrew@myfoodiepooch.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at foodiecrew@myfoodiepooch.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, in which case we will cover the shipping costs. Return shipping costs and potential restocking fees may apply.
